Questions
What services does Everything Home Designs Designs offer?
We offer three core services: The Signature (renovation and design), The Blueprint (new-build consulting), and The Exclusive (interior design refreshes). Each service includes comprehensive planning, material selection, and project management tailored to specific client needs.
Do you work outside of Indiana?
Our Signature renovation service is limited to Central Indiana. However, we offer remote design consulting through The Blueprint and The Exclusive services to clients nationwide and internationally, collaborating with local builders as needed.
What is your design process?
Our process includes a discovery call, in-home consultation, detailed planning with 3D renderings, and expert execution. We provide fixed budgets and timelines upfront, with daily project supervision for local renovations and regular progress updates throughout the engagement.
How are project costs determined?
Costs depend on project scope, materials, and complexity. We require an initial retainer for design planning, followed by a final project fee covering implementation. Detailed estimates are provided during planning, with transparent breakdowns of all expenses before work begins.
Can I use my own builder?
For The Blueprint new-build service, we collaborate with your chosen builder. However, our Signature renovation service includes our in-house construction team to ensure quality control. We maintain partnerships with trusted vendors while remaining open to client-preferred professionals when feasible.
Do you offer financing options?
We don't provide direct financing but offer fixed pricing and detailed budget planning to help clients manage expenses. Our transparent cost structure includes all project elements upfront, with payment schedules aligned to project milestones to ensure financial clarity.
