Nar Design Studio is a multi-award-winning luxury interior design firm based in Brickell, Miami and founded by Brazilian architects and interior designers Nicholas Gennari and Roberto Racy, whose expertise spans architecture, interior design, construction, and real estate investment. We specialize in high-end residential interiors - luxury condominiums, penthouses, waterfront estates, and bespoke commercial environments - delivering a seamless, full-service experience from initial concept through construction completion and final styling.

What sets us apart is a design philosophy rooted in wellness and biophilic principles. Every project is conceived as a refined spatial experience that promotes comfort, balance, and a deeper connection to nature - achieved through organic materiality, sculptural lighting, and intentional spatial flow. We do not apply a signature aesthetic to every home. Instead, we develop a bespoke design narrative for each client, informed by how they live, what they value, and how their environment can elevate their daily experience.

Our work has earned international recognition, including the SBID International Design Awards Global Winner for Residential Fit Out Project of the Year (2024), the German Design Award Winner for Interior Architecture (2025), and additional honors in the UK, France, Hungary and the USA. Nicholas Gennari is NCIDQ-certified and a registered interior designer in Florida, as well as an active member of ASID and IIDA.
