Conceptual Design
Our conceptual design service creates functional layouts tailored to your lifestyle. We begin with in-depth consultations to understand your routines and priorities, then develop custom floor plans and 3D renderings. Collaborative meetings ensure alignment before construction begins, optimizing space efficiency and aesthetic harmony for remodels, ADUs, or new builds.
Kitchen Design
We specialize in European-style kitchen designs that balance beauty and practicality. Services include on-site consultations, 3D visualizations, and material selection guidance. Our process helps clients explore layout changes, budgeting, and contractor coordination to create cohesive, functional spaces that reflect individual tastes and enhance daily living.
Bath Design
Our bath design service focuses on creating functional, aesthetically pleasing spaces. We offer custom design drafts, 3D views, and material selection assistance. By understanding client priorities, we develop plans that optimize layouts, improve usability, and incorporate high-quality finishes while staying within budget.
Permit Plan Sets
We prepare comprehensive permit plan sets for city approval and construction. Working with engineering teams, we translate conceptual designs into detailed technical drawings. This ensures compliance with local regulations and provides clear blueprints for contractors, minimizing delays and ensuring accurate project execution.
